Arrive Prepared. Not Overwhelmed.

The biggest reason app ideas die is showing up without a plan. The two virtual weeks ensure every founder arrives in Port Aransas with a complete specification, a clear vision, and a configured development environment — ready to build from day one.

Session 01
Meet & Greet the Cohort

Your first live session with all 20 founders. Introductions, backgrounds, and app ideas shared openly. The cohort chemistry that starts here carries through the entire program and beyond.

Session 02
Structured Ideation Workshop

A facilitated workshop to sharpen your idea, identify your target user, and define the one core problem your app solves. Fuzzy ideas become clear, actionable concepts.

Session 03
Private 1:1 App Goals Session

A dedicated one-on-one session with Bill Huff to review your idea, set realistic launch goals, and create your personal roadmap for the 4-week program. This session alone is worth the price of admission.

Session 04
SpecForge Specification Generation

Using the SpecForge framework, you generate a complete application specification — database schema, API contracts, UI flow, and Lovable + Replit build prompts — all ready for the in-person build week.

Session 05
Pre-Build Environment Setup

Every account, tool, and API key configured before you land in Port Aransas. Lovable, Replit, Supabase, Stripe, and all integrations ready to go. No setup time wasted during the in-person build sprint.

What Makes the Virtual Phase Different
🎯
No Wasted In-Person Time

Every hour in Port Aransas costs money — yours and ours. The virtual phase eliminates all setup, ideation, and planning from the in-person schedule so every in-person hour goes toward building.

📋
You Arrive With a Complete Spec

The SpecForge specification generated in Week 2 becomes your exact build blueprint. No guessing. No scope creep. Just execution against a clear plan.

🤝
Cohort Bonds Form Early

The two virtual weeks let the cohort build rapport before the in-person sprint. By the time you land in Port Aransas you already know your teammates — accountability starts on day one.

Port Aransas, Texas. Not a Conference Room.

This is not a hotel ballroom bootcamp. This is a premium Gulf Coast beach house with a cohort of founders who are building something real. Work hard during the day. Recharge at the beach at night. The destination is part of what makes this program work.

🏌️
Golf Excursion

A round at one of the island's scenic courses. The best product conversations happen off the clock. Leave the laptops behind and build relationships that outlast the program.

🎣
Fishing Excursion

Deep sea or bay fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. Port Aransas is one of the best fishing destinations in Texas. A morning on the water resets your brain for an afternoon of focused building.

🏖️
Beach Time

Miles of Gulf Coast beach steps from the house. Morning walks, afternoon breaks, evening sunsets. The rhythm of the ocean is the best productivity tool we have ever found.

🏊
Pool Time

Decompress after build sessions. Pool conversations are where ideas get refined, bugs get solved, and cohort bonds deepen into genuine friendships and future collaborations.

🔥
Beach Bonfire

A Gulf Coast bonfire under the stars. Stories, laughs, and the kind of honest conversations about building things that only happen around a fire with people who get it.

🌅
Sunrise Builds

Early risers get the best hours. There is something about watching the Gulf Coast sunrise while your app is running in Replit that makes you believe anything is possible.

All-Inclusive. Zero Surprises.

One price. Everything covered for the in-person weeks. You pay $6,500 and book your flight to Corpus Christi. We handle everything from the moment you arrive.

🏠
Premium Beach House Lodging

14 nights at a fully furnished Port Aransas beach house. Private bedroom, shared common workspaces, Gulf views. No hotel. No roommates you didn't choose.

🍽️
All Meals & Catering

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner covered every day. No grocery runs, no food decisions. Your only job is to focus on building your app.

🚐
Ground Transportation

Airport pickup and dropoff from Corpus Christi International. Transportation to all group excursions — golf, fishing, restaurants, and activities.

💻
Software & Platform Access

Lovable Pro, Replit Core, and all platform subscriptions needed for the build covered for the duration of the program. Keep your accounts after launch.

📸
Professional Photography & Podcast

Before and after photos documenting your journey. Featured on the Destination Launch podcast — your story told to an audience of entrepreneurs who want to follow in your footsteps.

🎤
Demo Day & Public Pitch

A real audience. A real stage. A real pitch. Demo Day is your launch moment — where your app goes from a beach house build to a publicly presented product with your first users watching.

🏌️🎣
Golf & Fishing Excursions

Both the golf outing and the fishing excursion are fully covered and organized. No coordination, no splitting bills. Just show up and enjoy the Gulf Coast.

✈️

DEMO DAY
& PITCH

The final day of Destination Launch is not a graduation ceremony. It is a public launch event where all 20 founders each pitch their own individually built and launched app to a real audience. Your app is live. You stand up and demonstrate it. This is the moment everything was building toward.

🎤
Live Pitch

5-minute pitch of your app to a live audience of entrepreneurs and guests

📱
Live Demo

Real demo of your working app — not a mockup, not a slide. The actual product.

Frequently Asked

Do I need to know how to code?
Absolutely not. Destination Launch is specifically designed for non-technical founders using AI vibe coding tools — Lovable, Replit, and Claude. If you can describe what you want to build, we can help you build it. Bill Huff has over 30 years of software engineering experience and translates technical complexity into plain language throughout the entire program.
What kind of apps can I build in this program?
Web applications — SaaS tools, marketplaces, dashboards, business automation platforms, booking systems, membership platforms, and more. The SpecForge framework is optimized for web apps built with React frontends and Node.js backends. If you are unsure whether your idea is a fit, apply and we will tell you honestly during the ideation phase.
Will my app actually be launched by the end?
Yes — that is the entire point of the program. By Demo Day on Day 10 of the in-person phase your app will be live, publicly accessible, and onboarding real users. Not a mockup. Not a prototype. A deployed, working web application. The SpecForge specification and structured build process are specifically designed to make this achievable in the program timeline.
Do you take equity in my app?
No. You own 100% of everything you build. Destination Launch charges a flat program fee — no equity, no royalties, no strings attached. Your app, your IP, your business. This is how it should be.
What is the daily schedule during the in-person weeks?
Build sessions run from 8 AM to approximately 5 PM with breaks built in. Evenings are for destination experiences — pool time, beach walks, the golf and fishing excursions, and the beach bonfire are all scheduled in the evenings so they never compete with build time. You work hard during the day and recharge at night. The rhythm is intentional.
How does the virtual phase work?
The two virtual weeks are structured live sessions via Zoom — not pre-recorded content. You will meet your full cohort, go through ideation workshops, receive your private 1:1 coaching session, generate your SpecForge specification, and complete all environment setup before you arrive in Port Aransas. Session schedules are distributed upon enrollment and designed to accommodate working professionals.
What is the closest airport to Port Aransas?
Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP) is the closest major airport — approximately 45 minutes from Port Aransas. Ground transportation from CRP to the beach house and back is fully included in your program fee. San Antonio International (SAT) is also an option at approximately 2.5 hours — we can arrange shared transportation for founders flying into SAT.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. We offer a 2-payment option — 50% at enrollment to reserve your spot and 50% due 30 days before the program start date. Contact us after submitting your application to request the payment plan. Full payment reserves your spot immediately. Spots are reserved on a first-paid basis.
