⚠️ ALL DESTINATION LAUNCH PROGRAM FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing enrollment and submitting payment you acknowledge and agree to this policy in its entirety.
All program fees paid to Destination Launch, operated by HUFF Real Estate Group, LLC, are non-refundable. This applies to all programs, all locations, and all payment methods without exception.
This no-refund policy exists because Destination Launch incurs significant upfront costs upon your enrollment including lodging reservations, food planning, activity bookings, software subscriptions, and facilitator scheduling — many of which are non-recoverable once your spot is confirmed.
By submitting payment you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
- The program enrollment fee — full amount, including deposit payments
- Payment plan installments — each installment is non-refundable once processed
- Any fees paid for program upgrades or add-ons
- Any fees paid for rescheduling or transferring to a different cohort

If you cancel your enrollment for any reason — including personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, illness, or change of mind — no refund will be issued regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is made.
- Cancellation 30 or more days before program start — no refund
- Cancellation 14–29 days before program start — no refund
- Cancellation 1–13 days before program start — no refund
- No-show on Day 1 without prior notice — no refund
- Early departure from the program for any reason — no refund
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you are concerned about unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending. Travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage can protect your investment in situations where we are unable to offer refunds.
If a participant is removed from the program for violation of the Code of Conduct, failure to pass the background check after payment is made, or any other cause-based removal, no refund will be issued. The participant forfeits all fees paid.
The sole exception is if the background check returns a disqualifying result before the program begins — in this case a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
If Destination Launch cancels a program cohort for any reason including insufficient enrollment, facilitator emergency, natural disaster, or force majeure, enrolled participants will receive one of the following at their election:
- Full refund of all fees paid — processed within 10 business days of cancellation notice
- Full credit toward enrollment in the next available cohort of the same program
Destination Launch is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled cohort including but not limited to non-refundable flights, hotel bookings, or lost wages.
Transfers from one cohort date to another are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If a transfer is approved the following conditions apply:
- Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to corporate@grouphuff.com at least 21 days before the original program start date
- Transfers are subject to availability in the requested cohort
- A transfer fee of $250 applies to all approved transfers
- Only one transfer per enrollment is permitted
- Transfers to a higher-priced program require payment of the price difference
- Transfers are not refundable — if you transfer and subsequently cancel, the original no-refund policy applies
By enrolling in a Destination Launch program you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. You acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this refund policy prior to making payment.
If you have a concern about your payment please contact us directly at corporate@grouphuff.com before initiating any dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues directly.
Any chargeback initiated in violation of this policy will be disputed and may result in collection action and permanent ineligibility for future Destination Launch programs.

Destination Launch reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your enrollment governs your program participation. Continued use of our website or enrollment in our programs after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
