Do I need to know how to code?
No coding experience is required at any level of the Destination Launch program. SpecForge™ is a planning framework, the workshop teaches methodology not code, and the accelerator uses AI vibe coding tools — Lovable, Replit, Supabase, and Claude — that let non-technical founders build production web apps without writing traditional code.
What is the difference between the Workshop and the Accelerator?
The Workshop is a one-day event focused entirely on learning the SpecForge™ framework and producing a complete app specification. You leave with a blueprint. The Accelerator is a 2-week intensive where you take that blueprint and actually build and launch a live web app with real users. The Workshop prepares you to build. The Accelerator is where you build.
Do I need to complete the Workshop before the Accelerator?
No. The Accelerator is designed to stand alone. Week 1 of the Accelerator covers the full SpecForge framework and generates your specification before the in-person build sprint begins. Many students go straight to the Accelerator without attending the Workshop first. The Workshop is ideal for people who want to learn the framework before committing to the full program.
What is the difference between Port Aransas and San Antonio?
Both programs deliver identical curriculum and the same outcome — a launched web app. Port Aransas ($6,500 all-inclusive) is a destination experience: you stay at a Gulf Coast beach house for the in-person week with all meals, lodging, transportation, golf, fishing, and bonfire included. San Antonio ($2,500) is a local evening intensive — you go home every night and attend sessions in the evenings and on Saturdays. Same framework, same tools, same coaching, different experience.
Does Destination Launch take equity in my company?
Zero equity. Never. You pay a flat program fee and everything you build is 100% yours — your source code, your app, your company. No equity stake, no revenue share, no licensing restrictions. Destination Launch is paid education, not an investment vehicle.
What happens after the program ends?
You own your complete source code stored in your own GitHub repository. You receive a v2–v4 roadmap defining your next three versions. You join the Destination Launch alumni network — a community of fellow founders you met during the program. And your app is live, with real users, generating real feedback you can act on immediately.
